Chris Webb

I have drawn and painted most of my life and love producing a range of different painting styles, from illustration, surrealism, still life, graphic and landscape art. In particular, architectural landscapes.

I paint in acrylic, watercolour and also pen and ink.

I favour a more dynamic approach and despite the trend, I love detail and to occasionally contain a narrative with a cynical title to give then viewer a wry smile!

Self taught, I like to experiment with completely different techniques to challenge myself and not to stay in the same expressive style.

I am also a member of Byfleet Art Group, Dorking Group of Artists, Pirbright Painters, Surrey Contemporaries and Surrey Hills Plein Air Painters.
