1. Services

We offer an annual membership plan for our art society as well as organised events, workshops and demonstrations. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

 

2. Bookings and Payments

  • To secure a booking, payment must be made in full or as per the agreed payment plan

  • We accept payments through Credit & Debit Cards, Apple & Google Pay and Bank Transfers

  • Any outstanding balances must be settled before the commencement of services

  • Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 3)

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Demonstrations and Workshops Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

  • Demonstrations and Workshops Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, we will provide an alternative date or offer a full refund.

  • Memberships run on an annual basis. You may cancel your membership renewal anytime before it's renewal date. To view or amend your membership, please log in to the member's area here.
