Artist of the Month

David Jobson is artist of the month for June. David is a genuinely nice person who does a lot for the Art Society. He has two roles on the committee: webmaster and membership secretary. His artwork is interesting, stimulating, colourful and exciting.  This is what David had to say about himself.

I manage about one painting a week, usually A3, and would rather keep them to prove I am improving. My ideas come from: industrial scenes, railways, ships, fierce animals, cars, wild snow scenes, war images, and city adventures.  I want to paint on a larger scale because effect is usually related to size, a resolution for 2020.
