Brendan Smith RI - Painting Demonstration

St Catherine's Village Hall, Saturday 19th October at 2pm-4pm.

We had a good turnout - just over 30 attendees. Brendan conveyed quite a bit of knowledge and was well prepared. He produced a painting in less than two hours which he described as 80% completed.

The satisfaction survey sheets and verbal comments from attendees were overwhelmingly positive. Without too much analysis, average of 4.7 out of 5 rating.

Two new members joined as a result of the demonstration.

Thanks to Therese and John (husband) for all they did today and to John (chair) also for help setting up and saying a few words etc.

Brendan was kind enough to send us his final version of the painting he started in the demonstration, it's absolutely beautiful.
