WEST HORSLEY CHRISTMAS FAIR 21ST NOVEMBER - 23RD NOVEMBER 10AM-4PM

Not long now till the exciting West Horsley Christmas Fair!

We’ve already had a wonderful response, but if you haven’t signed up yet and would like to

join us, please don’t forget to complete the entry form below.

This fair is always such a joyful event: full of festive spirit, Christmas shopping, and a

wonderful community atmosphere. It’s also a great opportunity for sales and for sharing your

work with a wide audience.

Let’s make the most of this beautiful occasion! We encourage everyone to come along, invite

friends and family, and help spread the word. The more, the merrier!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO REMEMBER

WRAPPING AND LABELLING

1. Folios (paintings in cellophane wrapping) and Crafts must be labelled on the front with artist name,

title, and price. Current GAS labels are fine.

2. Professional, high-quality presentation is essential. Folios must be on board or, if on paper,

mounted. Cellophane-wrapped folios only. No clingfilm or cardboard under any circumstances.

3. Bring with you a list of the folios/crafts you are submitting headed clearly with your name, phone

number and email address or use the attached spreadsheet. Note: No cards will be accepted at this

event.

PLEASE NOTE: The term “folios” refers to paintings individually wrapped in cellophane.
