A small peak at what you can expect to see at the exhibition:

Sinclair Webster, our Committee Chair, has developed his original style and has been widely exhibited. His work has a strong graphic base and a bold palette. There are a lot of European influences, reflecting his mother’s Flemish background, and the subject matter is diverse.

“My ideas start with drawings capturing emotionally charged images…sometimes a sketch will resurface into a painting years later. Shapes and the rhythms between them have always fascinated me….areas of flat colour are varied by the texture of brushstrokes and I am always experimenting, aiming for images that are charismatic”

Guildford Art Society is set to host its second exhibition at the Pavilion since the triumphant event held in March 2019. Unfortunately, the global pandemic hindered our ability to organise any further events there until now. Despite this, we have been working diligently behind the scenes to ensure that this upcoming exhibition surpasses our last memorable event in terms of quality, intrigue, and success. We can't wait to welcome you back to our venue and immerse you in the unique experiences and unforgettable moments that only The Pavilion can offer. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
